Client Orientation

  • Your price of cleaning is based on the cleaning technicians focusing all of their time and energy on cleaning, not routine housekeeping. We ask that you take a few minutes the night before a scheduled service to "pick up." This will allow the cleaning technicians easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floors, countertops, table tops, etc. and removing dirty dishes from kitchen sinks. If you'd like our cleaning technicians to do these tasks for you, please call us (in advance) so your cleaning fee can be adjusted for the additional "cleaning preparation" time.

  • We reinforce that we charge per job, not per hour. Our technicians are trained and have skills to clean in a shorter period of time, this does not mean that it costs less. Also, if you decide to give our team less work than agreed in the initial estimate, we will still charge the full amount unless discussed in advance.

  • In the event that you reschedule, skip, add or cancel your service, we ask that you give a (48) hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of cleaning service. All cancellations must be made through our office by calling or texting 508-840-1549.

  • We provide most of the supplies and equipment. We do ask that you provide the following; paper towels and trash bags. We will bring the rest.

  • We've designed a multi-point checklist for each area of your home to best ensure that we make sure that your home is as clean and spotless as you want it to be and save your time and energy from doing it yourself.

  • We provide a quote by phone, message or email. We don't provide quotes in person.

  • We utilizes technology to its fullest to provide an even smoother client experience! You will receive an automated reminder email two days prior to service as well as a reminder text the day before. You may respond to the email, however, automated text messages are only one way. You do have the option to opt-out of these. You will also receive a follow up survey after each cleaning in your email.

  • We offer three simple ways for you to give us access to your home on the day of service:

    1. You can be home to open the door for our team.

    2. You can leave the door unlocked or let us know where the key will be.

    3. You can provide a garage code or another access code for us to enter.

  • We love rewarding our loyal clients with lower rates for regular cleanings!

    But keep in mind:

    • Weekly cleanings skipped = Bi-Weekly price

    • Skipping 2+ weeks = Monthly rate

    • Over 4 weeks = One-time cleaning rate
