We appreciate you trusting our team with your home. Our goal is to make every cleaning simple, reliable and stress-free. Below you'll find important information about preparing for your service, scheduling, payments, access and our cleaning policies.
Preparing for Cleaning Day
Your cleaning price is based on our technicians spending their
scheduled time cleaning rather than organizing or completing routine
housekeeping tasks. Before your appointment, please pick up personal
items, clear floors and countertops when possible, and remove dirty
dishes from the kitchen sink.
If additional preparation or organizing is needed, please contact us
in advance so we can allow additional time and adjust the cleaning price.
Cleaning Time
Our services are priced per job, not per hour. Our trained team works efficiently while maintaining our quality standards. Finishing earlier than expected does not change the agreed cleaning price.
Supplies & Equipment
Our team brings professional cleaning products, supplies and equipment. We kindly ask clients to provide:

- Trash bags
Quotes
Estimates are provided by phone, text message or email. We do not provide in-person estimates.
Appointment Reminders
Clients may receive automated appointment reminders before their scheduled cleaning as well as a follow-up survey after service. Automated reminder messages may be one-way.
📅 Schedule Changes & Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice whenever
possible if you need to reschedule, skip or cancel your cleaning.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice
are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled cleaning
service.
All schedule changes or cancellations must be made through our office
by calling or texting (508) 840-1549.
Payment Methods
Payment is due according to the arrangements made for your service.
Access to Your Home
You do not need to be home during the cleaning. Choose whichever access option is most convenient for you.
Be home to open the door for our team.
Leave the door unlocked or let us know where a key will be located.
Provide a garage, lockbox or other access code before the appointment.
